Laser Measurement
Traditional surveys require the effort of two people to survey a scene in a reasonable amount of time. Using a laser transit allows a single person to record hundreds of survey points in the time it would take to gather a dozen points by traditional methods.
AEA's Laser Atlanta Advantage can record distance, roll, pitch, and bearing simply by pulling the trigger. To make the job even easier, each survey point is stored in a credit-card sized memory module capable of storing hundreds of thousands of survey points. When the survey data is needed for a CAD or 3D Studio scene, the memory card can be plugged into a computer and the survey data instantly downloaded. Then, a program we wrote translates the survey data into a 3D scene.
The laser transit can be used to measure vehicle crush or any real-world scene or structure.
